Alison has extensive cross-cultural experience after living and working in 3 countries across Europe, Latin America and Africa.
Alison shifted to business coaching following a career in global digital marketing after seeing the critical role people play in implementing strategy.
Prior to coaching, Alison spent 10 years at MetLife focused on accelerating the company’s digital marketing strategy globally. She was based in Paris for 4 years, where she developed and implemented digital marketing strategies for the Western Europe region. Previous to MetLife, she spent 5 years in marketing roles at Silicon Valley internet start-ups.
Alison has a Master’s degree in International Business & Development Economics from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a BA in History from the University of Michigan. She speaks conversational Spanish and French.
