CINDY DOMANOWSKI

Cindy believes in the power of Business Coaching to unleash the potential of individuals, teams and cultures.  When leaders communicate vision and direction with clarity and passion, others are enrolled to participate at levels that lead to focus on key strategic business objectives.  

Cindy launched PercioStrategies in 2009 after spending 25 years in a variety of leadership roles with ADP.  As she was excelling in sales, leadership, corporate strategy, leadership development, and associate learning, Cindy also discovered that she had a passion for leveraging her expertise in adult learning methodologies and behavior change to help identify, develop, and unleash the potential of entrepreneurial leaders and their teams.

Cindy received her Business Coaching Certification from the University of North Carolina in 2003 when business coaching was emerging as a viable leadership development approach.  Since then, she has coached business leaders, teams and individuals considering a change in careers.  Cindy also serves as visiting faculty with the North Carolina State University's Business Coaching program where she enjoys interacting and supporting up and coming business coaches.

Cindy lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband and cherishes time with family.  She believes in giving back and sits on the board of Restore Nicaragua, a local Christian charity and has traveled to Nicaragua many times to teach local leaders how to run a discovery learning program for teenagers called Lifeplan.
